Forte Port Lefty is one of two left-handed models featured in Michael Kelly`s acoustic range (the other one being Triad 10E Lefty). It is based on the right-handed Forte Port, with which it shares the same specs list. Forte Port Lefty sports the modern extreme cutaway body shape (w/two soundholes, special bracing), dovetail neck joint (14th fret) and modern MK styling. Like with the majority of other acoustic models, Natural (w/gloss finish, black hardware) is the only color option. Core construction features include sapele back & sides, solid spruce soundboard (black binding), mahogany neck (Comfort C profile), and rosewood fingerboard (20 frets, 1-11/16" nylon nut, 12" radius). Main hardware and electronics appointments include die-cast tuners, MK acoustic bridge, and Fishman Sonitone active electronics.
