The Encore series is the second-in-command in Norman Guitars` catalog, with only Studio series being above it. Like the remaining three series, Encore series deals with affordable steel-string acoustics (mostly made with dreadnought-shaped bodies). Seven models currently make up the Encore lineup, with B20 MJ being the only mini jumbo model (a compact-sized body shape, based on jumbo proportions). Main features of this little-big steel-stringer include a non-cutaway body (3-ply laminated wild cherry back & sides, solid, pressure-tested spruce soundboard), 14th fret dovetail neck joint, stock hardware. Natural (w/semi-gloss finish, creme binding, black pickguard) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a silver leaf maple neck, 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood, fixed rosewood bridge, and die-cast tuners.
