It is one of two models made in his honor. This one is also a non-cutaway dreadnought with rosewood back and sides and spruce sound board on top. white binding, plastic pickguard and triple circle rosette are featured on the top panel. 25-1/2" scale, abalone hexagon inlays and chrome-plated Grover tuners give the impression of a traditional steel-stringed guitar. Belly-shaped bridge and 20-fret fingerboard are both made of ebony. Neck is made of mahogany.
