DG-300 is a Selmer-styled guitar made by Gitane Guitars. Gitane is Saga`s sub-division and it is dedicated especially to the production of Selmer-styled jazz guitars. These guitars are sometimes referred to as gypsy guitars. DG-300 is a fully acoustic one with single-cut body and it is a signature model of John Jorgenson. It comes made of rosewood back and side panels with spruce sound board on top. This combo is one of the most popular ones, especially with Saga`s brands involved with acoustic guitars. Natural color of the wood is the only color option available and it is finished in high gloss. Bridge section on this model is made up of two elements, ebony bridge in the front and trapezoid tailpiece in the back. Neck is made of mahogany.
