GA8-12 is the flagship model of the 12 String series from Taylor Guitars. It comes with all of the must have features assigned to the series and on top of that, it features gold plated hardware and the best wood combo available for this tier. GA8-12 is a non-cutaway guitar with grand auditorium-shaped body and full 25-1/2" scale. As the rest of the series, this model is available only in natural color with high gloss finish. Back and side panels of the body are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Bridge section is equipped with a regular ebony bridge. Neck is made of mahogany and attached to the body with a dovetail joint. Ebony fingerboard matches the bridge and it comes with 20 dot-marked frets.
