The story of Washburn`s Timeless Collection is quite an amazing one, for all of the models are built from the wood reclaimed from European Fir beams. Far less than 1% of reclaimed wood satisfies Washburn standards. All wood is over 140 years old. TCP130SWK is one of several Timeless models introduced for 2018. It belongs to the Parlor series and rocks completely acoustic construction (no electronics). A light burst color scheme (w/satin finish, abalone rosette, wooden binding, black headstock)is the only available one. Main construction features include mahogany back/sides, solid cedar soundboard, mahogany neck (satin finish, 2-way truss rod, 12th fret joint), 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (1.73" bone nut, dot inlays, 25.5" scale), an ebony bridge (w/Washburn "smile" contour), and Graphtech tuners.
