Classical and flamenco guitars, though not as numerous as their steel-stringed counterparts, are an essential part of Alvarez Guitars` catalog. The majority of them hail from the Cadiz series (which was named after the Spanish city of the same name) and feature slightly elongated 26." scales, narrow bodies, and asymmetric fan bracing. CF6 is one of six available Cadiz models and one of only two flamenco options. Main features include cypress back & sides, solid A+ Sitka spruce top, standard 12th fret Spanish heel neck joint, and traditional styling. Alvarez offers this model only in Natural, with wooden mosaic rosette, ebony binding, and gloss finish. Other important features include a solid mahogany/ebony/mahogany neck, 19-fret pau ferro/rosewood fingerboard, fixed pau ferro/rosewood bridge, and classical tuning pegs.
