Cordoba`s Luthier series is a line of hand-made classical guitars and Cordoba`s attempt to enter the high class of the market. Currently, the lineup is consisted mainly of the C-9 and C-10 variants and C-9 is the basic model of the series. It comes with a standard non-cutaway classical body made of mahogany back and sides. There are two options for the top, players can choose between cedar and spruce. On the top, C-9 is equipped with a standard Indian rosewood bridge with bone saddle and a pearl/estesso rosette. Beneath the top, C-9 is fit with the classic fan bracing. Mahogany neck is attached to the body with a 12th fret dovetail joint and is topped with a 19-fret ebony fingerboard.
