Cordoba is one of the leading US brands when it comes to the production of affordable nylon-stringed guitars. In recent years, Cordoba`s focus has widened to include ukuleles, as well as some non-standard body shapes for nylon-stringed guitars, such as parlor. Also, acoustic-electric concept has been embraced and introduced into several series. For 2014, upscale Luthier series is being updated with the magnificent GK Pro six-stringer. It is a full-sized classical guitar with single cutaway body, Fishman electronics and a clever combination of traditional and modern features. Body of this model is made of solid Spanish cypress back and sides and a solid spruce sound board on the top. Rosewood bridge is fit with a bone saddle (ebony fingerboard has a bone nut, as well). Neck is made of mahogany and is attached to the body with a 12th fret dovetail joint.
