The Classic series is there for students who want a high-quality guitar at a reasonable price. The current lineup has nine hand-crafted models, with HF12 being one of the most affordable options. It comes with a non-cutaway classical body, traditional 12th fret neck joint, vintage styling, and a 25-3/5" scale. Main tonewood and hardware features include laminated hard maple back & sides, solid A+ spruce soundboard (w/standard Hofner bracing underneath), solid mahogany neck w/classical contour, traditional headstock w/3+3 tuning pegs, 19-fret fingerboard made of rosewood (flat radius, side dot inlays, 1.96" nut), and fixed rosewood bridge.
