2N CWE is one of five models currently offered through the CWE series. The series itself is located within the Studio range, a range reserved for affordable and partially hand-built guitars. All CWE models come with cutaway bodies and can be upgraded with electronics or MIDI units. 2N CWE starts at rather affordable (in terms of Ramirez catalog) 1.514€, offering combined laminated/solid construction, cutaway design and possible electronics/MIDI upgrades. Back and sides of the body are made of Indian rosewood, while the soundboard comes in two variants - red cedar and German spruce. Standard cedar neck and 19-fret ebony fingerboard on its top complete the chassis of this workhorse nylon-stringer. Other important features include a rosewood bridge, melamine saddle and nut and gold-plated tuners.
