Manuel Rodriguez Sr Signature is a model from the Macizas series made by Rodriguez guitars. This one is a fully acoustic nylon-stringer and it comes with non-cutaway body design. Tone woods used for this model include rosewood, cedar and ebony. May not sound like very versatile bunch, but they are. Rosewood is used for the back and sides, while the cedar is on the top. Rosewood gives the strong low end, and cedar is known as the finger-picker`s favorite sound board. Bridge is made of rosewood and it rocks a standard classical contour. Neck on Manuel Rodriguez Sr Signature is made of cedar and it features 12th fret dovetail joint. Also, back contour is a standard one and it`s finished in gloss. 19-fret fingerboard is made of ebony.
