Marquee series is one of the vintage-styled series in AXL Guitars catalog. It features two basses, the basic Marquee Bass and Marque Capricorn. Capricorn basses from AXL pay tribute to the legendary Jazz Bass and Marquee Capricorn is no exception to that rule. It comes with a solid, double-cut body made of alder. Alder is AXL`s standard body wood and it`s most often paired with a bolt-on maple neck. Such is the case with Marquee Capricorn four-stringer. This one is available only in black with glossy finish and chrome-plated hardware. Hardtail bridge with top-load construction is installed on the top and it`s fronted with two single-coil pickups. Maple neck is topped with a standard 20-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
