B50 is a five-stringed variant of the B-40, vintage styled electric bass from Carvin Guitars. It comes with a solid, double cutaway body made of alder wood. Basic specs list includes no top wood covers, though Carvin offers a wide range of flat and carved top wood covers. There are no bindings or pickguards on this model. In the bridge section, there`s a five-saddle hardtail bridge with chrome plating and string-through design. Pickups on B50 are laid out in J/J formation and they come with split volume knobs and a master tone. Neck on this bass is made of maple and it is bolted to the alder body. Also, it is primarily covered with an ebony fingerboard. 22 medium jumbo frets, dot position inlays and 1.75" wide string nut complete the fingerboard.
