Artisan is, along with the Curbow, the biggest bass series in Cort`s catalog. It`s philosophy is to offer something for everyone. Models from this series feature modern design, modern construction and a versatile tone. All are made with full-length scales, 24-fret fingerboards and high quality hardware. Artisan A4 opens up the series roster. It`s body is solid, double-cut and made of mahogany wings and maple/wenge neck. This one is available in Open Pore Natural and Open Pore Black Cherry color options. Both of these color schemes are finished in satin and fit with chrome-plated hardware. Standard four-saddled bridge and a pair of humbucking pickups are installed on the top. Maple/wenge neck is topped with a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
