Artisan series is one of the best and finest lines of electric basses in Cort Guitars catalog. It comes with a multitude of four and five-stringed options, bringing something for every type and profile of the player out there. A5 is the basic five-string model of the series and it is a true intermediate model. Body of this five-stringed juggernaut is solid, double-cut and made of mahogany wings with maple/wenge neck in the middle. Flamed maple top covers the mahogany wings. Open Pore Black Cherry and Open Pore Natural color options are available for this model. Hipshot bridge with five adjustable saddles and string-through construction is installed on the top. Also, there are two active humbucking pickups. Maple/wenge neck is fit with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
