B4 Plus AS is a brand new 2016 model. It was introduced at this year`s NAMM as the basic model of the B4 Plus segment of the Artisan range. Some of the series-common features include: 34" scale, bolt-on neck, Bartolini pickups, black-colored hardware and open pore finish. Open Pore Natural is the only available color option. B4 Plus AS has a modern, double-cut body made entirely of swamp ash. It is paired with a slim five-piece neck made of rosewood and wenge. The neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with side dot inlays. Bartolini MK-1 soapbar pickups and Markbass MB-1 EQ (bass, mid, treble) comprise the electronics unit. EB12 bridge and Hipshot Ultralight tuners make up the hardware section.
