The Shifter series is oriented towards players who desire a classic-looking bass (Shifters are modeled after the classic Precision design) with modern/vintage tone (Seymour Duncan and Godin electronics) and modern playability. Momentarily, the lineup`s made up exclusively of four-string models, with five stringers expected to return soon. Shifter Classic 4 String Black Burst SG MN rocks a solid and flat body (made of swamp ash, w/black pickguard), four-bolt neck joint, Godin electronics (passive/ceramic pickups in J/P arrangement), stock hardware, and 34" scale. Black Burst (w/semi-gloss finish, chrome hardware, unpainted headstock) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a solid maple neck, 20-fret maple fingerboard (black dot inlays, 1.5" nut, 12" radius), hardtail bridge, and vintage tuning machines.
