SR370M belongs to the lower portion of the SR series (where SR stands for Sound Gear) and it offers a pretty awesome tone for the money invested. Pickups on this model are installed in the S/S pattern and both have soapbar casings. Along with them, Ibanez installs a pretty standard controls unit found on a multitude of basses in this class. SR370M, however, offers fantastic versatility, covering a vast territory from blues, jazz funk and fusion to hard rock and metal. Body is solid, modern, double-cut and made of maple. On it`s top, there`s a four-saddled hardtail bridge with black plating. Neck is also made of maple and it`s bolted to the body. On it`s top, Ibanez installs a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
