Brown Mahogany
SR500 is an intermediate four-stringer from the SR series (SR actually stands for Sound Gear) and it brings the series most characteristic and standard features to the table. Players who buy this model can expect an astonishing level of versatility from this bass, when compared to models from other series and manufacturers in it`s price class. Body of this affordable four-stringer is solid, double-cut and made of mahogany. Modern design gives the SR500 (as well as every SR series model) deep cutaway which results in supreme playability. Four-saddled bridge is a hardtail and is plated in black. Soapbar pickups are installed in both the bridge and middle position and are accompanied by a standard controls unit. Bubinga and jatoba neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
