Concert Bass Electric Bass Guitars by Jackson
Bass side of the JS range is considerably smaller than its guitar counterpart and, consequentially, less versatile. Nonetheless, the core JS features are present on four-string side as well.
JS Series Concert Bass JS3Q is, roughly, an equivalent of the JS32 tier models in six-string division. The MSRP for this budget-friendly Concert is set at $466.65 and it includes all of the regular JS features, plus a quilt maple top. Core features include a solid poplar body, quilt maple cap on top, thin maple neck (bolt-on construction, scarf joint, graphite reinforcements, thin profile) and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (jumbo frets, Shark Fin inlays, compound 12"-16" radius, 34" scale).
Other important features include a Jackson HiMass bridge (four-saddled, top-load), Jackson High Output humbuckers (covered, w/active EQ) and Jackson die-cast tuners.
