Jay Turser is one of the smaller, but strong competitors in the intermediate class of the market. They`re fairly new to American market and offer very interesting lineup of guitars and basses. Bass side of the catalog is fit with ten models which are mainly built with standard body shapes and construction solutions. Jay Turser`s hopes lie in outstanding build quality and distinct tone. JTB 40 offers the standard Precision Bass body with a bolted neck. Body is flat and fit with a big vintage-styled pickguard. Hardtail bridge on the top is plated in chrome and fronted with a single P pickup in the middle position. Master volume and tone comprise the controls unit. Bolted neck on this vintage-styled four-stringer is made of maple and topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
