JB-24 comes from the Acoustic Bass series made by Johnson Guitars. It`s equipped with a quality made jumbo body with single cutaway. Body is made of nato back and side panels with spruce sound board on top. It is round and deep with loads of power and very strong projection. Within the body, Johnson installs a combination of a piezo pickup and side-mounted preamp. Preamp is equipped with volume and tone controls. On the outside body of this four stringer is equipped with natural binding around the sound board and multiple rosette around the sound hole. Natural with high gloss finish is the only color scheme available for this model. Bridge is made of rosewood and it is made with a standard belly contour. Nato neck is attached with a dovetail joint and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
