Johnson is a small brand of electric guitars and basses with a surprisingly strong and healthy position on the market. Their catalog is small and versatile, offering Johnson`s renditions of popular designs. Viola series is one of three lines of electric basses and it is one of two series with only one model in them. JJ-200 is the only model in this series. It comes with the famous Hofner Violin Bass construction and styling. Four-stringed bass is fully hollow and made with 30-1/2" scale. Body of this model mahogany back and sides with a top made of flamed maple (one of the most popular and classic tonewood combos in the industry). Classic three-piece bridge and a pair of minibuckers are featured on the top of the body. 22-fret rosewood fingerboard completes the specs.
