Alongside four regular six-string guitars, Rick Turner series in Michael Kelly Guitars` catalog also features one full-sized electric bass model - B4. It sports the same construction and design appointments found on the steel-stringed S6 model, only bigger and with two strings less. Rick Turner B4 Bass is available only in High Gloss Sunburst, with chrome hardware and white plastic parts. Like the rest of the Rick Turner models, B4 lacks a soundhole, a rosette, and a pickguard. Core construction features include an okume body (fully hollow construction, flat top, flat back), mahogany neck (modern C profile, bolt-on joint), and rosewood fingerboard (22 medium jumbo frets, 12" radius, 34" scale, 1.69" nut). Other important features include die-cast tuners, fixed rosewood bridge, and Seymour Duncan D-TAR pickup/preamp system.
