Cirrus 5 is the stadnard five-string option found in the exclusive Cirrus line. Peavey`s electric bass catalog is equipped with several series, but few match the splendor and luxury of the mighty Cirrus dynasty. Cirrus 5 comes with a solid and double-cut body made of mahogany wings with flamed maple top. Walnut neck comprises the center of the body of this flat-top five-stringer. Peavey offers this one in several color options: Deep Ruby Red, Maple and walnut. All are finished in gloss and equipped with gold-plated hardware. Five-saddled hardtail bridge is installed on the top and it is fronted with a pair of active humbuckers with series standard set of control knobs. Walnut neck is topped with a standard 24-fret fingerboard made of pao ferro.
