The initial lineup consists of three models, two four stringers (left and right-handed) and one five-stringer (only right handed model). Johnny Christ 5 starts off with a modern double-cut body, bolt-on neck, long 35" scale and active electronics. Satin Black (w/chrome hardware and black plastics) is the only available color option. Key construction features include a solid ash body (flat top, contoured back, satin finish), maple neck (three-piece construction, regular C profile, 3+2 headstock), and rosewood fingerboard (21 narrow extra jumbo frets, custom-designed inlays, 1.77" nut, 12" radius). Main hardware and electronics appointments include a five-saddled hardtail bridge, Grover tuners, and EMG LJ/P5 pickups set.
