Mike Kroeger is the bass player of Canada`s currently most popular rock band, Nickelback. He is the brother of Chad Kroeger, band`s frontman. Mike is known in rock circles as a very versatile and skillful player with a huge arsenal of techniques. His weapons of choice are Spector four and five-stringers. MK5 is his signature model built by Spector. It comes with a solid, double-cut body, 34" scale, bolt-on neck construction and 24-fret fingerboard. Body of this exclusive five-stringer is made of maple wings which are glued onto the maple neck which runs through the body. On the top, there is a five-saddled bridge and a pair of active humbuckers. Maple neck is topped with a standard 24-fret fingerboard made of pao ferro ebony.
