Corvette Basic series was created especially for the Warwick Rockbass range made in China. It`s task is to offer the bare essence of the Corvette concept at an affordable price. Models featured in this series come with a wide variety of features and appointments. They can have passive, or active electronics, long, medium, or short scale, four, or five strings. Many other variations and variants are available, as well. Corvette Basic 4 Passive is a solid and double-cut bass with an alder body and maple/ekanga neck. Instead of active ones, Warwick installs a pair of passive single coil pickups onto this model. Standard Corvette controls unit is installed with them. Two-piece bridge is present on the models of this series, as well. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard completes the specs.
