Corvette Classic is one of many Corvette series made in China. Almost an entire half of the Rockbass catalog is made up of various Corvette models. Basses made under the Rockbass banner in China form the basic tier of the Warwick catalog and their mission is to conquer the market of affordable basses, currently ruled by brands which produce both guitars and basses (up to this date, Warwick`s Rockbass brand is the most serious attempt by a brand dedicated only to the production of basses). Corvette Classic displays the elegance and style of the upscale Corvette models. It is opened by the Corvette Classic 4, which is a solid, double-cut bass made of alder/flamed maple body and bolted maple neck. Two-piece Warwick bridge, two passive single-coil pickups and the 24-fret rosewood fingerboard complete the specs.
