Star bass is Warwick`s nod to the 1950s and 1960s and the semi-hollow basses with shorter scales made then. Star Bass 4 made in Korea is a high quality instrument made to compete in the intermediate/upper intermediate section of the market. It comes with a semi-hollow body with double-cut design and set in neck construction. Back and sides of the body are made of flamed maple and are topped with a carved flame maple cap. Top is bound in white and fit with a pair "f" holes. Vintage Sunburst, Nirvana Black, Gold Metallic and Daphne Blue are color options offered for the Star Bass. Two-piece Warwick bridge and a pair of huge single-coils are also featured on the top. Set in maple/ekanga neck is topped with a 21-fret wenge fingerboard.
