Streamer LX models in the Special Editions series are not as numerous as Corvette $$, or the Corvette Standard models, though they form a big and strong family of high-end electric basses. There are eleven Streamer LX models in the series lineup and they`re made for several different markets and dealers. Streamer LX SE USA Redwood 5 is made for the US market and it features an unusual combination of body tonewoods. Ash base is combined with a flat redwood top (this combo is not seen in the regular side of the catalog). On the top, there is a pair of single-coil pickups with a standard controls unit, as well as a two-piece bridge. Neck on this model is made of ovangkol and it is topped with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard.
