FR Prestige Electric Guitars by Ibanez
FR series in Ibanez catalog is dedicated to the production of Telecaster-like guitars with single-cut bodies and modern set of features. Body of FR1620 is a solid, single cut one and it`s made of maple. Body is flat on the top and contoured in the back. It features white binding and plastic pickgurd on the top. There`s no top wood cover on this model, as Ibanez decided to follow tradition of Telecaster and Fender. Bridge is a modern variant of a hardtail with six adjustable saddles and string-through construction. Pickups on this one are open-coil humbuckers with master volume, master tone and three-position blde switch. V-contoured maple neck features bolt-on joint and it`s topped with a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.

I own this guitar and absolutely love it!. Its sound is just pure clarity. Great pickups and can do anything froma jazz to rock for me, not sure about metal cause i dont play metal. To me is just perfect. Im buying the fr320 as a backup now!
