The popular STG series deals with Strat-inspired six-stringers. The current lineup offers a host of affordable models, made with both classic pickup layouts - H/S/S and S/S/S. STG-003 SPL belongs to the latter group, sporting Aria`s own OS-1 single-coils in all three positions. The controls layout is also a classic one, with one volume pot, two tone pots, and a standard 5-position blade switch. The body`s made of basswood; it`s a flat-top with vintage-style pickguard on top and tummy cut in the back. The color palette is made up of Black, Vintage White, and 3-Tone Sunburst options. Other notable features include a bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood, string-thru trem bridge, and die-cast tuners.
