Cort`s G series is based on the classic Stratocaster concept. Some of the models follow the Stratocaster/Pacifica line, while the others lean more towards the 80s Superstrat variant. G240 is more on the classic Stratocaster trail with vintage styling, passive electronics and bolt-on construction.
G240 is an intermediate class six-string with a solid and double-cut basswood body and a round maple neck. Warmth of basswood and maple`s pronounced mid-range make up for a classic and well tested combination. 22-fret rosewood fingerboard sits on top of the maple neck, completing the chassis of this affordable Strat clone.
Duncan Designed 101 single coils fill all three positions (bridge, middle, neck) and have a basic controls unit. String-through tremolo bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
