Mk5 series is made up of two models, a Warlock and a Mockingbird. It is in the same price region as the Mk7 line (also made up of a Warlock and a Mockingbird), but with hardtail bridges instead of locking ones. Like the rest of the catalog, "Fives" were inspired by the early days of BC Rich. Mk5 Warlock is available solely in Black, with gloss finish, white binding, and chrome-plated hardware. Core construction features include a solid mahogany body (beveled top, flat back), mahogany neck (three-piece neck, heel-less set-in joint, fast contour), and rosewood fingerboard (24 jumbo frets, side dot inlays, white binding, 13.75" radius, 25-1/2" scale). Main hardware and electronics features include a two-piece hardtail bridge, die-cast tuners, and High Output BC Rich humbuckers.
