Horus series, like the Dellinger line, features the AM tier within its ranks. These are lightweight guitars made for players who want a strong tone, but find the mahogany-based guitars too heavy. The FX part of the name suggests a fixed bridge and TUSQ string nut.
Horus FX-AM starts off with a solid and double-cut maple body with a lightweight ash cap on top. The original Horus contour remains intact. The neck on this shred machine is slim, fast and made of maple. It is attached to the body through a modern bolt-on joint and topped with a 27-fret ebony fingerboard. Mighty PH pickups (R in the bridge and 27F in the neck position) deliver the classic Caparison tone. Fixed Caparison bridge and Gotoh tuners complete the specs list.
