Horus is, next to Dellinger, Caparison`s main Soloist/Superstrat line of electric guitars. Unlike the Dellinger range, though, Horus models come in with offset bodies. Other than that, 25-1/2" scales, 27-fret fingerboards (on top models) and Caparison electronics are some of the most prominent Horus series features.
Horus M3 is an expensive, professional class instrument, with a solid, double-cut body, bolt-on neck and 27 frets. The body of this exclusive six-stringer is made of mahogany/maple/mahogany sandwich base and quilted maple cap on top. The neck is made of five pieces of maple and walnut and features a maple fingerboard on top. Caparison pickups in the bridge and neck positions provide the characteristic Caparison tone. Other major features include a Floyd Rose bridge and Gotoh tuners.
