KX500MS is a seven-string model, coming in with a compound 25-1/2"-27" scale, active electronics, and modern styling. At its heart, there`s a pair of EMG 707 humbuckers accompanied by a simple controls unit. Main construction features include a solid and double-cut swamp ash body base, poplar burl top, bolt-on neck joint, and modern hardware. Star Dust Green and Star Dust Black options comprise the color palette. Other notable features include a 5-piece maple and purpleheart neck, a 24-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard, a Monorail bridge, and locking tuners.
