RGIF series is a part of the mighty Iron Label range; it deals with metal guitars equipped with compound scales and fingerboards with fanned frets. Thus far, there are two models, a seven and an eight-string variants, both powered by active EMG pickups.
RGIF7 comes in with a double-cut RG body made of ash and painted in gorgeous Black Stained scheme with gloss finish. Nitro Wizard neck is bolted onto the body and is made of five pieces of maple and bubinga. Rosewood fingerboard sits on top of the neck. It features 24 fanned frets, compound 25-1/2"-27" scale and 1.89" nut. Slanted EMG 808X alnico humbuckers occupy both the bridge and neck positions. Seven-saddled Monorail bridge and deluxe tuners complete the specs list.
