RGIM series is another RG-based series of Iron Label guitars. Like their brethren, RGIM models are pretty savagely sounding axes. On the other side, they`re masterfully crafted and balanced, as well. RGIM8MH is a simple, straightforward eight-stringer with fanned frets and compound scale (25-1/2"-27-1/4"). The body of this behemoth is made entirely of mahogany, features flat top and no binding around the edges. Weathered Black with satin finish and Cosmo Black hardware is the only available color option. 5-piece maple/bubinga neck (with Nitro Wizard profile and bolt-on neck joint) and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (with 2.16" nut, jumbo frets and side dot inlays) complete the chassis. EMG`s 909 humbuckers, Monorail bridge and die-cast tuners are also found among the major features.
