Imperial series is one of the cornerstones of the DBZ electric guitar catalog. It competes in the middle class, with models priced well below $1,000 mark. Majority of models come in with solid bodies, though DBZ occasionally introduces a semi-hollow into the lineup. Imperial AB Bigsby is a double-cut guitar with a short 24-3/4" scale (just like the rest of the Imperial models) and set-in neck joint. The entire body is made of mahogany (both the base and the top), as is the neck. The neck is equipped with a regular U profile in the back and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Diamond Custom R11/N9C humbucker combo delivers the signature DBZ rock`n`roll tone. Bigsby-equipped bridge unit and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
