Imperial series is DBZ`s take on the classic ES concept. Classic ES design was countered with modern DBZ styling and original DBZ tone to create these truly regal axes. The only non-regal thing about them is the price policy, as all Imperial model cost well below $1,000. Imperial FM H/S/S comes in with a solid and double-cut mahogany body with flamed maple top and contoured neck heel. The neck is made of mahogany and it features the standard U profile in the back, with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (with abalone block inlays) on top. Seymour Duncan`s JB in the bridge and a pair of SSL-2 single-coils make this one of the most versatile guitars in its price range (factory direct price is $799). String-through TOM bridge and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
