Imperial series deals with modern/classic and classic/modern electric guitars of solid and semi-hollow variety. They`re primarily inspired by the cult ES, but feature DBZ`s distinct styling and tone. Like the reset of the electric guitar range, Imperial models generally compete in sub-$1,000 category. Imperial ST H/S/S is a double-cut guitar with a carved top, set-in neck and short 24-3/4" scale. The body of this affordable ($599) all-round rocker is made of mahogany, as is the glued-in neck. Rosewood fingerboard tops the neck, featuring the classic block inlays. Set of three Diamond Custom pickups (HSS arrangement) covers a vast field, ranging from vintage blues and jazz to modern rock. String-through TOM bridge and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
