Custom 750 Electric Guitars by Dean
With affordable seven and eight-string guitars becoming regular members of other brands` catalogs, Dean felt obliged to respond. The result is a fairly large range of extended range guitars (both seven and eight-strings combined). Custom 750X is one of the most affordable seven-string options on the current Dean Guitars roster. It comes with a basswood/maple base (basswood body and bolted maple neck) and passive electronics. The carved-top body is available in Classic Black and Metallic Red (both are bound in white and have the characteristic Custom series carved top). Pickups on this one are DMT Design humbuckers. They`re passive and have a really tight low end. The only thing they might be lacking is sustain when compared to premium pickups made by Seymour Duncan, DiMarzio, EMG etc. Deep cutaway, comfortable and the comfortable C profile of the neck give an easy access to the 24-fret fingerboard, making the Custom 750X a very fun guitar to play.
