DCR is one of the most exclusive series in the regular segment of the Dean catalog. It deals with limited edition guitars which are mostly based on the regular models from other series. The wild DCR 12 Splittail is a unique mix of the SG and Flying V bodies (SG`s "devil horns" front end with the "split tail" back of the Flying V). Mahogany base and the flamed maple top combine for a big, massive body, giving the EMG duo (81/85) a super solid base. Master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch comprise the controls unit of this black-clad killer. Floyd Rose 1000 bridge, set mahogany neck, 22-fret ebony fingerboard and locking tuners on the headstock complete the list of the major specs.
