DCR 9 RC7X is a special model from Dean`s Custom Run series and it will be available throughout the 2013. Quantities are, however, limited to 150 copies for world-wide distribution. Possibility of reissues or repeated runs is not known. Dean Custom Run series is envisioned as a place to gather all of the exclusive and cool guitars Dean does not intend to induct into the standard and USA parts of the catalog. Some very cool and unique features can be found on these axes. DCR 9 RC7X is the latest model in line and it made it`s debut at 2013 NAMM show. It comes with a recognizable Rusty Cooley signature shape and bolt-on neck construction. Body of this model is solid, double-cut and made of alder. Top sports laser engraved graphics. Black is the only color scheme available. Bridge section is quipped with an original Floyd Rose tremolo system with seven saddles. EMG 707 active humbuckers are installed in both the bridge and neck positions. Master volume and blade switch comprise the electronics. Neck is made of maple and it`s topped with a maple fingerboard with 24 frets. Set of Grover tuners is installed on the headstock.
