79 class of ML guitars has something really special about them - the true spirit and tone of the early Dean Guitars. ML 79 Floyd is a 2016 model, a simple ML guitar with massive tone and classic Dean features.
ML 79 Floyd kicks in with a flat-top mahogany body and a set-in mahogany neck (the most standard tonewood combo among ML models). White-clad body is bound in a single-ply black binding (headstock is bound, too). V-shaped neck is attached at 16th fret and has a rosewood fingerboard on top. 22 jumbo-sized frets, locking nut, dot inlays and short 24-3/4" scale complete the fingerboard. DMT Design humbuckers come in with a standard ML controls set and bring a classic heavy metal thunder. Floyd Rose Special bridge and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
