Dimebag Darrell played almost exclusively on guitars with short 24-3/4" scales throughout his career. But, today, as the trends are shifting to super low tunings and the renewal of the shred movement, longer 25-1/2" scaled guitars are becoming more and more popular. Even though it is a part of the series dedicated to Dimebag, Razorback 255 Dimeslime features 25-1/2" scale. It also has 24 frets, instead of 22. Body of this one is made of mahogany base with flamed maple top. It features beveled edges and high gloss finish. Dime Slime color scheme is the only one. Standard Floyd Rose bridge is fronted by a pair of EMGs. 81 is in the bridge and 85 in the neck. set mahogany neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT THIS GUITAR AND IT FEELS AMAZING! I THINK ITS ONE OF THE SEXIEST GUITARS DEAN EVER MADE. YOU FEEL POWERFUL WHEN YOU PLAY IT I HAEV DIMEBUCKERS AND DIME TIME PICK UPS THE FLOYD ROSE STAYS PERFECTLY IN TUNE AND IT SOUNDS GREAT FOR THEM HARMONIC SQUEALS FOR WHEN ROCKING OUT TO SOME OF YOUR BANDS(PANTERA RULES)GREAT SONGS.24 FRETS. ITS A BEAUTIFUL GUITAR THATS NOT TO DISTRACTING AND HAS A BEAUTIFUL GREEN FINISH. I GOT MINE FOR £450 OFF EBAY WITH CUSTOM EMGS. ITS SUCH A LOW PRICE BECAUSE A CUSTOMER DROPPED IT IN THE SHOP WICH THE TINIEST SCRATCH THAT YOU COULD HARDLY SEE. IF LOST OR STOLEN I WOULD BUY ANOTHER. LOVE IT !!!
