1984 Explorer EX is, arguably, the best six-string metal guitar with a hardtail bridge in the existence. 1984 Explorer EX is a simple, straightforward six-string weapon of metal destruction. It comes with a flat mahogany body, set mahogany neck and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with 12" radius and 1.68" nut.
EMG`s 81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck deliver that extra metal growl in truck loads. Other premium features include a two-piece hardtail bridge and Grover tuners.
